Management Trainee

Our Management Trainee Program (MT) is specifically aimed for potential university graduates, who have not more than three years working experiences, to become proficient in management and strive for success.

We aim to cultivate young talent who possess leadership qualities to become strong management leaders. Through the intensive on-the-job training, you will rotation in different business unit including Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Human Resources, Oversea Recruitment, and Admin Dept.

After the MT program, trainees can choose their preferred stream and will be trained all the essentials to develop their career future to middle level management.

Job Introduction


Sales Consultant

Our frontline Sales Consultant provides quality maid matching service to over thousand families every year. The main duties and services of Sales Consultant include:

  • Maid matching service:Provide applicable maid information for selection according to needs of customers; provide follow-up and after-sales services;

  • Handle enquiries:Provide professional knowledge of maid application and explain noticeable items while selecting maid;

  • Follow-up application:Handling documents that are required for maid application; monitor the whole application process.

To ensure the quality of services of our company, Sales Consultant must pass all tests within three months after joining Sunlight in order to offer professional services about maid application to customers.



Shop Manager

In order to manage branches in Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories, Shop Manager with rich experiences of maid matching service is responsible to manage branches. The main duties and services of Shop Manager include:

  • Matching services: Provide applicable maid information for selection according to needs of customers; provide follow-up and after-sales services;

  • Supervise Sales Consultants: Follow-up and assist Sales Consultant to finish job; offer comprehensive training to new-joined Sales Consultant;

  • Manage branch: Manage the whole operation process of the branch; record branch daily operation.

  • Monitor business: Monitor all application progress of the branch; conduct branch meeting; and undertake performance evaluation for Sales Consultant.

To effectively increase business level, Sunlight does performance evaluation with Shop Manager regularly


Training & Development

We offer various trainings to new employees who are interested to work in maid recruitment industry. From the training, they can acquire comprehensive knowledge and skills, so as to provide quality services of maid application to our customers. The trainers of our training include Shop Manager and internal professional trainers. The content of training includes:

  • Introduction of industry: We offer brief introduction about things to know as new employees in the industry, so that employees can have better understanding of the industry.

  • Training of the use of internal computer system: Due to the computerization of our company, we teach employees the operation skills of the system, so as to facilitate the daily operations.

  • On-the-job training: Shop Manager and professional trainers offer comprehensive training to new employees; training content includes knowledge of industry, Employment Ordinance, application procedures of maid, selling skills, and follow-up skills. After training, employees are being assessed to measure the effectiveness of training programme.
